Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from BBN Systems. BBN Systems is operated by Reyo, LLC.

1. General Policy

BBN Systems sells business software, software access, setup-supported services, consulting, configuration, reporting workflows, document workflow support, automation support, and implementation support. Some products may be sold as subscriptions, annual access, one-time access, setup-supported services, generated outputs, or consulting work.

Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased, the billing arrangement, and whether access, setup, configuration, fulfillment, or other work has begun.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription customers may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

3. Annual Software Access

Annual software access is generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

4. Setup, Configuration, and Consulting

Setup, configuration, consulting, implementation, and workflow support fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

5. One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are generally non-refundable once access, delivery, setup, or fulfillment has begun.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed in error, contact billing@bbnsys.com within 7 days of the charge. BBN Systems will review billing-error requests and respond as soon as practical.

7. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If a duplicate charge or payment-processing issue occurs, contact billing@bbnsys.com with the charge date, amount, and email address used for purchase.
